The Company may, at its discretion, provide the results of the collection of such information to advertisers or other third parties in a manner that does not identify individuals.
  8. If the User incurs damages in connection with the Service due to reasons attributable to the Company, the Company shall be liable only for direct and ordinary damages actually incurred, except where the Company acted with intent or gross negligence.

Article 8 (Changes to the Service, etc.)

  2. If the Company transfers to a third party the business relating to the Service (including any business transfer, company split, or any other case in which the Service is transferred), the Company may transfer to the transferee of such business the rights, obligations, and contractual status under the Terms, etc., as well as the User Information, in connection with such business transfer.
